can anybody tell me that how to make python program in which numeric value is converted into alphabetic value?
like when we execute the program it should ask the user for the natural number and convert it into alphabets. 11 is eleven
as i asked before that how to convert numeric value to an alphabetic value, there is a limit and the numbers should go from 0 to 999. Please help me!!!!

Question by : How to publish a VB program to ClickOne application and run on other machines without installing any software?
It run perfectly on my own laptop but when I tested it on other machine. It shows “The application requires that assembly MS.VB.PowerPacks.Vs version 9.0.0.0 be installed in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first.” I want the application to be run on other machines without installing any software. Any idea on how to do it?
