Question by : How to publish a VB program to ClickOne application and run on other machines without installing any software?
It run perfectly on my own laptop but when I tested it on other machine. It shows “The application requires that assembly MS.VB.PowerPacks.Vs version 9.0.0.0 be installed in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first.” I want the application to be run on other machines without installing any software. Any idea on how to do it?
