Question by Who now?: Brand new laptop has internet problems?
It has trouble loading certain websites and loads others just fine. It also will load the first several seconds of youtube videos and stop, and it takes forever just to do that. Its a brand new toshiba with windows seven and an amd triple core processor. Internet is used by many people and most have no problems surfing the web normally. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Get out of that dungeon you are in and try to get closer to the router and see if it improves. You have to remember routers only transmit 500mw in radio signals and can not go through walls or metal. If router is located 3rd floor and your on first floor you WILL have connectivity issues. You may want to think about getting a repeater which will boost your signal from router.
