Yahoo toolbar installs on my Windows 7 (64 bit Home Premium) laptop and works while i’m on the internet, but the next time I go online, it’s gone.

64 bit Windows 7 contains a 32 bit and 64 bit Internet Explorer. Yahoo toolbar does not support 64 bit Internet Explorer. Additionally Yahoo has never announced any plans to do so.
