7 Tips to Have a Good Night Sleep

Why sleep? Why our bodies need this type of activity? Research and studies have shown that sleep helps boost the immune system of the living body against bacteria and viruses that invade the body. Getting a good night’s sleep is essential in promoting a healthy immune system. However, modern life has introduced modern technology like cell phones, televisions, radios that can be an obstacle to good sleep. But how can you get enough sleep? Here are seven tips to follow for better sleep. 

1. Choosing the right bed and pillows: 
“Sleeping on the wrong side of bed” The old saying may be true in this situation. Up in the morning with back pain suggests that it is likely sleeping in tools sleeping badly. Choose a comfortable bed with a mattress that fits your size. Check the pillows are made with the type of quilt. Pillows too cold or too hot can also disrupt your sleep. 

2. Ideal room: 
Ideal ambient atmosphere can certainly lead to a good sleep. Make sure the noise and lights are checking to enjoy a break from sound. It is very important to have a comfortable room environment. Set the air conditioning to the desired setting. Having the windows open when using an electric fan. 

3. Follow a bedtime ritual:

7. Exercise: 
Yes, exercise is an activity that promotes a healthy body. However, it is advisable to take a rigorous exercise at night or a few hours before bedtime. Make sure that light exercise is one hour before going to bed.
