here are the specs

CPU: 2.66Ghz Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 4MB Cache FSB 1333

Cooling System:Cooler Master RR-CCH-L9U1-GP Hyper TX2 Quiet CPU Fan/Heatsink

Motherboard:ASUS P5QL Pro (Intel P43, PCIEx, 8-Channel Audio, LAN, 4xSATA2, 4xDDR2, 1333FSB)

RAM:4GB (2GBx2) PC6400 DDR2 800Mhz Memory Lifetime Warranty

HDD:320GB 7200RPM 16MB Cache Serial ATA300

Optical Drive:22X LG Dual Layer DVD+/-RW/CDRW w/Nero

Graphics Card:1GB ATI Radeon HD4850 GDDR3 PCI Express DVI/Tvout

OS(i know it doesnt matter but i just Included it):Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit SP1

Networking:Onboard LAN

400 watts is hardly enough to power a whole Quad core…
If your planning to overclock on that beast I suggest 650 watts minimum

    your question is very poorly worded.

    yes it will “run” based on the specs. You will have enough power to do most things. But that machine might need slightly more power (500 watts). Make sure by using a power supply calculator (google that, there’s one that’s pretty popular and will be like the first 3 hits)
